Lt Col Nathan B. Terry, PhD Colonel Terry is a physicist with the United States Air Force. His previous assignments include operations analyst, research physicist, assistant professor at the United States Air Force Academy, and branch chief in the Air Force Research Laboratory. Paige Price Cone Dr. Cone is an assistant professor at the Air War College’s Center for Strategic Deterrence Studies where she teaches courses on nuclear deterrence and arms control. Prior to her appointment, she was a postdoctoral research fellow at The University of Chicago and the first nuclear proliferation fellow at the Chicago Project on Security and Threats. Her research and teaching interests are in international security, with a specific focus on issues of nuclear deterrence and nonproliferation
