Mr. Brown recently graduated with his master's degree from Georgia Tech's Sam Nunn School of International Affairs. While studying languages in India on a Boren SAFLI Fellowship in 2018, he became interested in South Asian security issues. Previously, he presented at the United States Strategic Command’s Deterrence and Assurance Conference and later won the 2019 General Larry D. Welch Deterrence Writing Award (Senior Division) for his work.
